Optimy starts at €8,000 per year, with dedicated support included from day one. Pricing scales based on usage, the programs you run, the volume you process. Our compliance team needs a full audit trail. Can Optimy provide that?

Every action taken in Optimy is logged and traceable, submissions, evaluations, approvals, budget movements. The platform is built around a single source of truth, aligned with GDPR, ESRS S1, and ESRS S3 requirements. When an audit comes, your compliance team can pull the full history of any program, decision, or transaction directly from the platform, without reconstructing it from emails or spreadsheets.
