Before going digital, support requests involved heavy administrative formalities that were particularly burdensome for people with disabilities. ISO 9001 quality standards demanded faster processing, and the organisation had committed to going paperless — but an initial attempt to build an in-house solution proved too time-consuming for the IT team.
After issuing a call for tenders, Mutuelle Intégrance selected Optimy for its user-friendliness, speed, intuitive design, GDPR compliance, and multilingual customer support. Individual support requests are now centralised and presented monthly to a volunteer social aid committee from the board of directors.
The transition to Optimy delivered measurable improvements across the entire grant cycle — from submission to committee review. The team responsible for managing support requests now operates with greater efficiency, better collaboration, and a robust back-office that supports continuity.
