  • 2. Choose the person you want to include in the conversation
    All stakeholders can be included: allowing for flowy communication. Choose your recipients: project holder, any Optimy user, any outside contact… You can also choose who receives notifications. Forgot anyone? No worries, all communication is available on the project portal.
  • 3. Keep track of your projects through messaging.
    Join the conversation if need be, or leave it if it’s less relevant to you: since the Messaging inbox is shared, you will still have access to those conversations. Find conversation and attachments, even if you joined the project further down the line.
