Optimy is a platform developed to fit your needs and daily tasks. It adapts to you, not the other way around. That is why our users' feedback is key to us: it helps us constantly improve or adapt to the reality of grants managers, volunteering applicants, corporate giving project managers, etc.
A lot of features were developed or improved to make the Optimy platform even stronger than ever.
For instance, it is now possible to have more verification authorities. Meaning, if you want to check if an organization is a registered charity or not; Optimy offers the possibility to check them in real-time and make this information automatically available for the user in the backend of the platform. As always, finding out about the status of an organization is very intuitive and easy to use within the tool.
From a security standpoint, we also set up improvements. 2020 and 2021 knew various data breaches. We know that it is a total nightmare to lose data and precious confidential information. We thus turned to the two factors authentification to make your platform even stronger. The way it works and how to set it up were explained in detail by our Support and Customer Success team so never hesitate to reach out if these kinds of features are essential to you. Integration was also made available via API. Anonymity turned out to be vital to you, especially when it comes to evaluating a project and adding a score to be able to report easily on the outcome of social impact activity.
