- Ensure that the Sales Development Representatives and Sales Executives are on
target by being hands-on and helping to close deals
- Develop and rapidly increase the Sales team and the corresponding revenues
- Define the right sales tactics and market approach to significantly improve our market shares and new business (ie.: go-to-market, cross-sales, product pricing, etc.)
- Take part in the management board and work on improving the strategy with a solid business / sales input
- Fluency in English is required (proficiency in other languages is desirable)
- A qualified candidate should have knowledge of the Software industry (ideally SaaS)
- A minimum of 3 years relevant sales management is required
- You have a confirmed track record of exceeding targets
