- Have a good understanding of the prospects’ needs to propose the best solution
- Build a network of Optimy prospects in unmarked territories and markets remotely
- Actively negotiated pricing and contract with prospects
- Manage the entire sales process from A to Z independently
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Support and contribute to the enthusiastic team spirit on the sales floor and in the entire company
- You are highly proficient in English and German
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in selling remotely
- You have a confirmed track record of achieving / exceeding targets
- You thrive working under pressure towards a goal with an immediate rewards and being challenged on a daily basis
- A permanent job with a fixed salary and a competitive and uncapped commission plan
